Family Court Case Coordinator
The Family Court is seeking a task-oriented team member with exceptional organizational and strong interpersonal and communication skills. The individual selected for this position will be responsible for analyzing, monitoring and processing cases in accordance with court rules, laws and established practices, working with Judges and the Family Court Administrator to create and maintain trial calendars and to ensure proper case flow management. The selected individual will perform detailed and accurate clerical and administrative tasks, interact with attorneys, pro se parties and court personnel and must possess excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with a wide variety of internal and external parties. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: monitoring, scheduling, and tracking all Family Court matters for the assigned Judges, scheduling and tracking Juvenile Court matters, reviewing pleadings for completeness, entering domestic and juvenile court data into various software systems, assisting the assigned Family Court Judge in monitoring the progress of cases, preparing various computer reports as needed, facilitating conferences and assisting other Family Court team members in various tasks.
