The Association is governed by an Executive Committee which consists of the following officers: President, Vice President, Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer and Committee Chairs: Membership Committee, Programs Committee, Publicity Committee, Fundraising Committee and Scholarship Committee.
Meetings of the Executive Committee are held monthly on the last Friday of each month and business discussed is conducted in accordance with Robert's Rules of Order.
The actions of the officers and committees are regulated in accordance with a set of Bylaws.
