The Association is governed by a Board of Directors which consists of the following officers:  President, President Elect, Vice President, Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer; Immediate Past President; and Chairs of the following committees:  Membership, Programs, Publicity, Fundraising, Scholarship, Website, and Governance.

Meetings of the Board of Directors are held monthly on the last Friday of each month and business discussed is conducted in accordance with Robert's Rules of Order.

The actions of the officers and committees are regulated in accordance with a set of Bylaws.
