This membership roster is provided to members of the Asheville Area Paralegal Association (“AAPA”) as a benefit of membership.  The roster is for official use in connection with AAPA business and/or communications among members and may not be used for purposes of solicitations, announcements, nor for personal gain in connection with any business or entity.  The information contained within this roster is confidential and should not be divulged to any nonmembers of AAPA for any purpose.  Any unauthorized use of this roster may be grounds for suspension of membership.

AAPA members are encouraged to submit any requests to send mass broadcasts to members of events, news, or announcements related to the legal profession to the Executive Board for review.  All such requests shall be given consideration, but the final determination as to such requests shall be at the discretion of the Executive Board.
